that's nothing new, Mike...As a diehard Braves fan myself ( I used to watch every game when Ted Turner owned the team and they played most of the games on TBS) and even during the 14 straight years of dominance in winning NL West & NL East titles, the old fulton county stadium and Ted Turner field there would only be like 15,000 in attendance per home game!...you could literally see thousands of empty seats and this for a team that was winning 95 - 100 games a year on a consistent basis!...As our buddy drinker would say...UNRALE!...

i was down in atlanta for the final 4 last year we were golfing with some good ole boys friday during the day and i was like we were going to the hawks game that night and they started laughing and said they never even watched a game on tv and they lived in atlanta all their lives, they were sports fans 2, knew a lot about the braves and falcons.

In the bus station there were about 2500 black folks and 4 white people - no lie. There's me in a fukkin suit fresh off a plane from T.O and 3 service men dressed in their fatigues. The rest, solid black folks as far as the eye could see. I go outside for a smoke and realize that Im in the closest thing I've ever been to a ghetto in my life....
