it's 9 miles.hr barely blowing in at all.
Shitty line ups & one decent pitcher account for this low over/under.
Unless the wind suddenly pick up to 50-60 KM/hr & stays in the same direction, this game has a really good chance to go OVER the total.

Cubs are like a minor league team. Owner is smart. He is not spending on players or ballpark improvements therefore maximizing his profits. The Cubs fans are chronic losers and don't demand better product on the field. If the Cubs were a soccer team the fans would have run the owner out of town by now.

Even RLM is caused by exposure though, the books took a lot of money from sharps outweighing the smaller bets of the higher majority.
