Yes, game would be suspended and resumed at a later date (tomorrow?). But for betting purposes, Money Line would be a Push and Totals and Run Lines would be refunded.

because the book also cancels the under bets. The books are not making any money by refunding all plays on totals.

That is only in the post-season, when the "must be completed on same day clause" does not apply. Rainout rules are different in post-season too, where ALL games not completed due to weather are suspended regardless of point in game or score. But as for regular season, the Vegas standard has been the same forever.

I read somewhere that Heritage might be giving players a break, refunding under bettors, and paying off over bettors...

....but other than that, this has been the rule forever. I suggest you brush up on your rulebook, and save the name-calling for when your mom puts you in a timeout.

Books have done that before in various situations for PR, fully knowing it is not the industry standard. You can't EXPECT books to bend their rules though, and knowing who runs 5 Dimes, you can basically guarantee that Tony won't.
