So what I do is I bet five dollar heavy chaulks, read some articles, and know what I've done to win.
You can't get anything with five bucks. But you know how to win, re-learn how you win.
Then, you go throw some of your more serious $$$ on winning, instead of chasing.

Take it down, slow down, until you get back to your winning ways.
Then you can unload.
