This is the makeup game in Mexico City from earlier in the year when their was smoke in the arena and the game couldn't be played. Stadium is 7000 ft above sea level, and the players might suffer jetlag due to the long plane ride and of course the time zone difference. Both teams probably looking to get this one over as soon as possible. I don't expect them to even get to 200 here.
