    Pinnacle website disaster
WTF is going on with Pinnacle website. An issue after issue, it is almost impossible to make a bet. Tried many computers and locations, the same shit. I have to use their mobile site which is very limited.

It is shameful for such a caliber.

Mine is so slow I can't actually switch to the asian version. As others said the only option is to use your phone. Also how about their new rule re withdrawals? Deposits must be rolled over 5 times. Best part is they claim that is industry standard LOL. I can't think of ANY other book that demands a 5 times rollover of deposits unless their is a bonus involved.

Regarding that, I will slightly choose their side.
Imagine a deposit and an immediate withdrawal, there is still some administrative work and costs involved.
Besides, in case you want it quick, it is still no huge problem:

"...however failure to meet our industry standard deposit roll-over threshold (five times deposit amount) will incur a 3% processing fee on the deposit and any applicable withdrawal fee."

I have no problem with that rule, top notch book to keep the scammers out

I wasn't talking about a deposit and immediate withdrawal as that was never allowed without fees being incurred. But the industry standard IS one time rollover, not 5. I have no idea what it has to do with scammers but its very unfair that someone who deposits 10k then has to wager 50k before being able to withdraw any of their money without paying a hefty fee.

I guess they are so busy it cuts down on transaction costs therefore than can give player low juice lines
