GIVEMEABJ, when I done my ACL the fkn physio had me doing exercises to strengthen my leg and get it functioning again. Was brutal. Worst part was putting leg up on a chair while your sitting and putting a phone book on your knee to make sure the knee doesn't heal bent.

It really has been a royal pain in my ass. Just got back from the psycho physical therapy lady who seems to enjoy torturing me. I think I am healing pretty quickly as I am moving pretty good now. But, back to my battle station. SBR and MLB.tv.
