I love the Phillies here. Burnett is still a solid pitcher, he can still absolutely give you a complete game. The line is much higher for the Rangers than it should be.

burnett has always been bad in the spring but has always bounced back in april with a 3 and change ERA... tex def has some bats, but they only have a career .244 ba vs burnett.
