i agree. Look for spots where the underdog actually has the better pitcher or a pitcher who is arguably almost as good or pitching at home.

Gallardo +100 over Braves for example looks good to me.

90% of the ppl go broke laying too much chalk. Other 10% just bet out of their means.
Once you get used to the 5 month grind, it's not hard at all to come out ahead in MLB.
Anyone laying -110 on those other shit sports all year long is drawing dead. those sports are just to kill time while waiting for MLB.

Partly true............but a lot of beginners get lucky cus. they think nothing of laying -180/ -200 + and in the start of season...........esp. last 2 alot of chalk cashed early.........for myself I like to see 3 go a rounds of the rotation........ but gloves come off mid MAY.!..............GL

I totally agree with JJ here. I think if you try to make plays based on last season, you are in for it. A lot changes from season to season. Best to take notes and do HW for at least a few weeks.
Sometimes a great match-ups parents itself early on based on trends and such. Just a warning not to go crazy in the early going. Be patient guys.
I am going to track my record on Unders, but probably will not play them with dough. Also will track my run lines and Moneylines. I like taking 3-5 games and doing IF bets...good way to manage BR in mlb.

April was good last season for 1st inning props of No runs...especially on chilly days, takes a while for bats to warm up. Also look for how starting pitchers fair in 1st inning historically. I remember Cliff Lee wing really tough in 1st inning last year...Check out mlb.com for good split stats.

worst gold advice on baseball ever. july 1st to start betting. teams have started to give up by then. just wait for three starts by each pitcher and you can get a good indication of their ability which will change as the schedule moves on. teams will stick with guys who are underperforming longer than they should because they hope they will come around. some do some get dropped from the rotation and replaced. tread carefully as it is a long daily grind. don't be afraid to bet dogs as overpriced favorites will doom you. not that much home field advantage in baseball.
