zero brackets remain every year by the end of the first 4 days (48 games, no one goes 48-0 let alone 32-0).
that autistic kid who they say went 48-0 back in 2006 or whatever, was in a contest that resets after every round so you get to pick the second round after the first round completes, the sweet 16 after the 2nd round completes, etc etc.
1 in 500,000 can go 32-0 (i am sure it has happened in those years where there are very few upsets), but no one goes 48-0.
