I doubt hes a moron. A sharp usually bets against.the public play, a square is the public. The book usually wants the sharp to win. As.there. is more square money in play and rhe book can suffer loss. Online book managers know who their sharps are and will often move the early line on a few sharp bets. Since the sharps see through the line. Sharps run a deeper anaylsis then squares. Maybe one day you culd also be a boss of a book when u get over ur own moronness. Hey man. Points have value. If you buy 5 points in nba ur wager is -330 to win 1. The public moves the line by the force of their money. And the book adjusts to bring in money from other side giving them free points. If u know philly average game totals at 211. And public likes the over and moves the line to 215.5.
