West Virginia had a lot of close games in a very tough big 12 conference and even had a fee good wins against top teams. Gtown super overrated and played in a depleted big east conference. Best win was against an injury plagued mich st team. Georgetown starts slow and finishes even slower. Sprinkle ML too. Wv 62 gt 56

Well, I did try and warn you guys...West Virginia is absolutely abysmal on the road...one of the worst teams in the nation...and G-town, despite their deficiencies (and there are many of them) always place tough and good at home.

not necessarily, JJ...You have to use that knowledge to your handicapping advantage...the mid-majors will come out fighting, clawing, and scrapping and will play with plenty of passion and emotion...this is their one and only shot at the big boys and more than likely they will take advantage of the opportunity...Conversely, as we have seen thousands of times, teams from the big conferences don't feel like playing these games and just want to get it over with...Usually the teams that got "shafted" by the selection committee are the ones you want to bet against in the first round of the NIT...
