Largest wagers on CBB in Vegas

Is the largest wager you can place on CBB in Vegas $5000? Or are there other books that will take .... say a $50,000 bet on a single game? Plus, if you win that bet .... would the take other wagers that are similar size or shut the person down?

During March Madness .... I should add.
