keep an accurate and verified record with no effort / free picks
oddsportal.com (no I am not affiliated with this site, just another tool for gamblers)

this site makes it really easy to track your plays, just go to the game you want and click predict on the side/line you want (you have to create an account first) and it is added to your predictions

it does everything for you, track wins, losses, percentages, return on investment etc

also it is a great source for free picks, you can see which users have the best results and choose to follow their plays, kinda cool

edit* I am just realizing that sbr might not allow me to post this, if that is the case, I apologize and a mod can just delete this

          wont prove anything.

clowns like twizzler will have 20 accounts and only show the one that has a winning record.

jj keeping a custom spreadsheet takes time and effort, not to mention you might make mistakes and not even realise

with this you can just add a play to your spreadsheet with just one click, and the system does all the tracking and maths for you

some people will probably prefer this
