unreal indeed Milwaukee fouling down 9 with 11 seconds to go, they knew what the spread was.

Last 2 Milwaukee possessions just looking for a 2 point shot. Unreal.

Last 20 seconds of the game needs to be watched by all gamblers.

No way that ever happens in an NBA game.

Even Washington's head coach was surprised they fouled with 5 seconds to go in the game. Ariza misses the 1st free throw. 2nd one is made but because of Washington's lane violation... they waive it. So 2 misses. Timeout. Pachulia does a back down.... banks it off the glass and in. Wow.

              Yes. Huge fix.
Because there was such a large volume of money being bet on a game between Milwaukee and Washington.
              Give me a break.

Seems like the opposite of a fix to me, the team in on the fix isn't going to cover. If the Bucks fixed the game, they wouldn't have covered. Maybe the Bucks bet on themselves to cover though. Fouling in a situation like that is pretty shady.

They were attempting to get as close as possible. I doubt they even knew the spread

Sorry you didn't catch what I was trying to do there. I'm on your side. Just poking fun at the whole thing.

I don't know what's more hilarious: people thinking this was fixed, or the coach thinking he can re-create the intensity and pressure of a one-possession game when his players still know in the back of their mind that they are down by 10-15.

The Bucks can pretend all they like, but it's not nearly the same sort of pressure that you feel with an actual "clutch" situation. Plus, your opponents aren't going to play as if the game is in the balance, so you're not going up against opponents who are going to do everything in their power to get a defensive stop or a basket. You're not getting the opponent's best shot like you would in a true "close-and-late" scenario. They just want to avoid fouls and make their free throws.

I just find the whole thing to be misguided, but that's why Larry Drew is an NBA coach and I'm not.

Oh, I get what you were saying now. Just misunderstood.

I disagree with that it doesn't help at all. A team like the bucks isn't gonna play many close games, so I think it's better than getting beat by 10 every night. But of course, not near the same pressure/effort from other team, etc.

It's one of the worse feelings in world Money.. I had Richmond in college hoops their other day. They were + 5.5 and down 54-50 with 2.1 secs and they had the ball on the inbound. Guy dribbled it off his foot and then of course VCU inbounded and was fouled. Player sunk 2 FT's to end the game.

This shit happens every day in nba. Teams will be +20-25 in the game vs the spread and lose all the time. You know what you're getting into.

I won the play last night guys. I shouldn't of won. It was fixed.

It cracks me up reading some of these posts that people don't believe in fixes. Everyday you wake up... you're being FIXED one way or another. You're just to blind to see it and naive to feel it.
