grounder to the infield bang by play first, runner is called out at first

TB continues the play however and throws home to catch the baserunner advancing from second, in a a rundown as he is half way down the 3rd base line and headed towards the dugout.

all sorts of interesting can happen then...

the throw home sails over the catcher's head as he had forgotten the "TB 4th out rule"

the runner from 2nd scores, the hitter originally called out at first advances to 3rd

they replay the call at first and the rule the runner safe

do the TB Ray opposition get credit for the run and the new baserunner on 3rd?
