Sabine Royalty Trust

When I Google SBR to get here, I get short barreled rifles and this stock Sabine royalty trust. So I'm watching the stock, and man ESE, this stock market stuff is stupid. Every day, it goes up half a percent, or down half a percent. So I check last year and it only went from 45 shares to 50 shares. In the last 5 years, its only gone from 30 to 50.. not even doubling up.
I dont get stocks i guess. Is this a crappy stock?? Is that a good increase supposedly?? Because i can go from 45 units to 50 units a lot quicker than one year. They call us gamblers but i just dont get why anybody wluld bet these stocks ??
