some dude is making a law suit against a vegas casino,

that the casino should not have let him play because he was drunk

he lost $500,000

it is illegal in lots of places to allow a person to enter into a contract if they are drunk.

not sure if this applies to gambling ...since they serve booze but anyway ..thought it was interesting ...

its all over the news. he's got a good case i think and makes good points about being drunk and blacked out for 44 hours , but he's not going to win because he was awake the hole time.
