RR i was once bigger than that (at same age harper is now actually) and the most i took was musashi brand HMB for muscle recovery (which amde a big difference in recovery time which meant harder workouts the following days due to less soreness) and occasionally Creatine powder (although didnt do much at all)...Originally posted by raydog
Keeping form in your sets when lifting, strict diet and sleeping pattern is what matters if you want to get big and keep it (at least that was my case as once you have it naturally you dont lose it)...

Perhaps he’s taking the Mike Trout rout. The Angels star outfielder followed up his Rookie of the Year campaign in 2012 by arriving to Spring Training in 2013 bulked up to 240 pounds. Trout, 21, was probably even better this season upping his OPS to .988.
Asking Harper about his motivation for getting swole probably falls under the auspices of a “clown question, bro.”

Jeter was pretty built when he was hitting all those homers when Bonds was playing, Harper is not a natural hitter so he will have issues being really effective.Comment -
