I was also looking at him today... kid has been lights out and tb has only 1 career hit against him and have barley seen him.. on the other side, minny has hit .293 vs price (who just got shelled last time out)..

+183 seems like great value on a live dog

i don't think i can resist Twins at that number either. Gibson has been on point. Was thinking maybe FF b/c i dont know how good the Twins pen is.

David Price gave up 6 ER last start. Immediately following worst 3 outings in 2013, he had a 2.45 ERA, 22 Ks in 22 innings.

Steve, do you have any opinion on the Cubs tonight? I know you don't like taking anything with a - in front but dbacks are just in a tailspin and mccarthy's been hammered all year whereas Hammel has put in 3 solid starts for chicago.

It is Very true that many times when an ace caliber pitcher has a bad outing he is razor sharp the next time out.

After RYU got shelled he didnt give up a run in his next start
Waino bounced back with a shut out last week.
Archer had just given up 7 to the Orioles and then pitched 8 innings allowing 1 run

Yeah, agreed. I usually tail Nash's picks but I feel like everyone is going with the dog here. I don't see how DP doesn't bounce back, he's too good, especially at home. There isn't value in the -205, but there is in the even money -1.5

I think the under is a good bet in the tampa game. Price is going to bounce back and Gibson should fare well vs a lineup who hasnt seen him much. 3-2 or 2-1 type game
