I think it's changed in that you get bonus points throughout instead of just the first round, right?

Makes sense to try double digit seeds to the Sweet 16. Decent chance of one of it happening somewhere. I remember 10 over 2 was a common upset, where it usually happened (along with first round 12 over 5 of course).
