They have good balance and Noah is an underrated gritty player, who does all the dirty work and underappreciated non scoring work. Wears his heart on his sleeve and leaves it all out their on the court, total competitor. Definitely a team with an upside and a healthy Derrick Rose is more than just a good player, but a top All star caliber point guard.

Indiana is a bit more rugged and defensive minded and will cause teams hell in the playoffs with that big banging defensive style as long as the refs do not thwart their aggression with close calls, which happens more rarely in the playoffs.

They would still need a guard if Rose is actually done but they could probably win the East with James alone...him and butler would drive people crazy...

Very good point. The long and brutal season puts a lot of players in "coast mode" until the playoffs. Huge difference in playoff intensity professional sports, almost makes the outcomes cleaner to predict knowing they are not out there hung over, texting booty calls in the locker room at halftime, and half assing it.

LeBron on this Bulls team probably wins the East. The have no "go to guy" and look at the production the are getting with Kirk and DJ splitting time at the point. Think Thibs would like to incorporate James into his defensive schemes with Taj, Noah and Butler?
