"Not a lot of stats" and info works both ways though. Odds makers don't have a lot of stats and it is also "tough to make a call" for them as well. I would put my qualitative analysis up against odds makers and public lines any day of the week, with a smile.

That's how you win in the Olympics! Have to learn to make lemonade from lemons. I never liked or watched Nascar, but once you see clear edges it is easy to acquire a taste (like drinking fine aged Scotch) for sports you normally wouldn't like.
