All the bashes were great but the one in Costa Rica was the best.

For those of you that say LV or bust keep an open mind. A passport is simple to get and the flight is a piece of cake too. You can always hit Vegas but this is going to be a chance to really get away.

If SBR can't get sponsorship for Vegas then that discussion should just be closed down now. The majority of people who are into gambling have already been there multiple times anyway. Jan is a hell of a long time way... no excuse if someone can't save for flights, get a passport, etc.

Got the passport in my hand right now. Just trying to figure out if the juice is worth the squeeze. Is Walker paying for the hookers? Then I'm in.

I'm surprised everyone talks about CR being the best Bash? What the hell is down there? I thought SBR was about sports, wagering, poker, etc? Vegas never gets boring. Can we wager sports in CR? Can I place a wager with Tony in person? Can we play poker in CR?

I guess I just have the mindset that Vegas would be perfect. Everyone is familiar with Vegas... knows the routine. Going anywhere else is like a curveball.

I have a feeling we're not going to Vegas though. Kind of a downer. But, I'm sure we'll get the down-lo on all the info shortly.... It's going to be in CR.

You can play poker in Costa Rica but the games are much bigger than vegas. don't think you are buying into a 1/2 game with 200 you will get killed. Prostitution is legal as long as the chick is over 18.

I say most people have not been to Vegas very much and some have been to CR

The ratios would not favor Vegas that much

I think January is a very bad month especially early due to being so close to holiday seasons and a good shot snowstorms which basically could knock out posters trips real easy as delays can easily be 1 full day

I am ok with either place though - both worth visiting anytime of year!

Beaches in Punta Cana are world class. Curacao is a rock, the sand is delivered daily at the Marriott.

You know a bash at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana is not a terrible idea. Great casino, poker, girls gone wild, great golf, food and booze and rock and roll 24/7. They also have horse back, ATV tours, fishing, hooker night out and all the rest.

Flights to San Jose aren't bad. It is the tail of the rainy season on the Atlantic yet usually good on the pacific. I'll take anything in CR over what we have in Canada at those times.....
