"If/when" he gets on a team, he just extended whatever NFL career he would have had by "coming out". Sure he may have cost himself some money, but his decision will make him some money also, As hard as it may be for a team to draft him, it's gonna be harder for a team to cut the NFL's first active playing openly gay player.
