The Wizards have had their first solid showing in the first half of this season for the first time in over a decade, however they have lost the last two in close fashion (2OT at Spurs and 2 pts in Cleveland) I would take the line on them against Sacramento tomorrow and keep your eyes on them for the rest of the season, they might be undervalued against middle of the road teams as the year goes on.
