    2/7/14 NCAAB ATS picks
Hello all, this is my first post. I've been lurking for awhile and decided to join today. I am ~2weeks into my first attempt at picking college basketball spreads with a data-driven model. I am happy with my success so far (8-4; +3.44 units) but its very early on. I know everyone hates after the fact picks so I decided I will start posting mine before the game as a way to document progress.

    2/7/14 Picks:
Villanova (-12.5) risk 1 unit to win 1.9346
DePaul (+20) risk 1 unit to win 1.9346

My bad what that really means is risk 1 unit to profit 0.9346, to return a total of 1.9346. They are usually -107 for spreads.

2-0 Yesterday lets keep the good luck rolling.

So far today I have Michigan +5 , maybe more later I haven't had a chance to look at all the games yet.

                  Edit: Added Cincinnati +4

Ouch routed in both games. 10-6 so far with my model. I'll probably move to a new thread, without a date in the title to keep things less confusing. GL everyone.
