It depends, if I'm on a good roll, it's probably 4-5 times per week.
Then the bad times come, and I take some time off.

But I don't see it as "degenerate" or anything, it's just another kind of entertainment.
As long you're not spending essential money on it, it's all fun and games.

Football season I bet about 3-4 days a week, NCAA in march through baseball I bet 5 days for sure. Much more action on weekends and during tournaments.
