Did Smith's Fingertips touch the Crossbar when he dunked the ball in the Superbowl?

I have looked at the video many times and It doesn't look like his fingertips hit the crossbar. I placed a wager with 5dimes which was graded initially as a win but then reversed to a loss. The wager said that in order for the dunk to stand the players fingertips must touch the crossbar. Did anyone else see his fingertips hit the bar or did I just miss see his fingertips hit the bar?

Yeah exactly I don't think I will be making any of these prop bets in the future it gives the Sportsbook an advantage because sometimes the decision is subjective, as oppose to betting on a team, either one team wins or the other. I just find it odd that it was initially graded as a win then overturned, but if I saw video that clearly shows his fingertips hit the bar then I would be satisfied with the loss.

You're right, somehow I read it wrong the very first time. OP was betting on "NO DUNK". So, 5Dimes got it right.
