I went to the corresponding fixture last season at Ettihad with a buddy who is a Chelsea fan - the game where Joe Hart saved Lampard's penalty in second half then City went and scored 2 and won 2-0. I was sat to far right of where you were, right next to the stewards who were in between Chelsea fans and City fans. Was some good banter flying about, funniest thing was there was a load of Indian Chelsea fans sat in front of us who were just constantly abusing the City fans... one of the proper old school Manc fans - this like 65 year old bloke started saying "go back to your takeaway you dirty pakis"! Yesterday I was pretty close to stewards, just 4 seats to the right as you can see on 2nd vid. Got a bit closer to them after final whistle to wind City fans up a bit but didn't get ugly.. Only time it was close to getting ugly was back at the train station where they had to restrain a couple of City fans who wanted to start shit. City fans are fukking clowns, always have been. But they do make more noise than most stadiums of "big" teams do to be fair to them (I consider ours, Arsenal's and Man United's to be the 3 worst atmospheres in the league - well maybe 2nd, 3rd and 4th if you take Fulham into account but I struggle to remember they exist at times).
