Last time we saw this was with Drew Brees and Hurricane Katrina. Bret Favre was walking back to the huddle after the play was over while the refs swallowed the flags as the Saints were lighting him up with late hits. Ref Sal Dominicci accidentally didn't call a pass interference on a Drew Brees incompletion against the Colts in the Superbowl. Sal is officiating Edmonton Eskimo games now.
