if not then do P2P, however your need for the money and fees will determine the time frame of cashouts

Depending on the fees, I agree p2p for sure. Not sure what book u are using but u can get it cheap as $100 for over 2k at some great books I know. Others U will pay almost that much for $500 or less. LOL
