Because Miami doesn't give a hoot about second tier teams. They will never kill themselves to beat them. but against premier team s on prime time they ratchet it up a couple of notches, as evidenced by the SA slaughter.

Simple. Heat are notorious for coasting through the regular season, they seemingly only get up for marquee games like this. That is why they lost to the teams you mentioned and yet beat Indiana and San Antonio. And nobody is saying Thunder "can't" win tonight, it is just that the real Heat will should show up and OKC has not won in Miami in ages.
