New Jersey folks what's the typical February weather condition

Just saw the local CBS2 and the weatherman says there is a storm that is developing in Louisiana Alabama area and can reach here by Super Bowl Sunday....48 hours before or 48 hours after. The temperature is mid 20's until Tuesday and doesn't look too good beyond that.

Cold weather negatively effects Manning.
I would wait a day or two before the super bowl before placing any bets.
I think this is will be the first super bowl game in extreme cold weather.

we are having the most brutal winter and most snow in years a few of the last few winters have been very milld with very little snow we're really in a deep freeze right now for what looks like at least the next week odds are it may warm up a bit by super bowl
