You won but have to wait on the match to be complete depending what book you use.

Correction: all books you have to wait till that type of bet is completed. Only ML doesn't have to.

It's just virtually a pick for the match, so the spread has to be fairly close to a pick.
If you like Feds I'd recommend not laying the -1.5 because the juice is relatively close on both plays.

with the way that he's returning Nadal and with the love service games that he's serving on Nadal, yes... I think it's a 50/50 chances that he wins the tiebreaker, assuming it gets there.
