Ask Russell Wilson to hand the ball off to Lynch, have his defense win games, and have him complete 9 out of 18 passes and you will win a lot of games.

Ask him to win games, throw for 270 per game and have an average defense and he will be a backup QB real fast.

Russell Wilson holds onto the ball more than any QB in the league when he actually has to pass.
