It's somewhat similar to Syracuse and Mike Hopkins but I feel like Hop has been around so long (1996 until now as an assistant) and learned so much that it will be different. At least, that is my hope. Ollie only spent two years on the bench as an assistant, you can't expect much right away. Gotta learn how to do things and he has the chance to do that, it's just gonna take a minute.
