Do they report players like this to the agents or do they just figure it isn't their problem and are content to keep any players they can?

Generally the agent is going to figure it out on his own. Better ones usually quicker. From my experience, if you get quite a few and spread it around you can generally last longer then most of the offshores.

Eventually, somebody notices though and you'll get put on delays, limited, or told your action is no longer welcome.

they do know...i used to follow a certain formula that had an element of RLM with some other factors and my guey mentioned something to me about my picks being different than most of his players....ended up not being a solid angle and ditched it but he was definitely on top of it...im not a huge player so i dont know if hed have limited me if i was

of course at the end of the day hes concerned mostly with $$$ anyway

of course they care. A pph bookie is low level and sharps will bury him fast.

            You'll eventually get booted

Plenty of agents go to jail

Maybe I am mistaken what a pph service is

The local collects and pays out of his own pocket, the site just puts up lines, records the bets, and gets a fee from the local for each player

The site doesn't win or lose on the bets

The software profiles players for the agent. The PPH service operator probably is indifferent, but if he can't keep lines sharp then his service is going to suck and he will go out of business.
