Do they report players like this to the agents or do they just figure it isn't their problem and are content to keep any players they can?

Generally the agent is going to figure it out on his own. Better ones usually quicker. From my experience, if you get quite a few and spread it around you can generally last longer then most of the offshores.
Eventually, somebody notices though and you'll get put on delays, limited, or told your action is no longer welcome.Comment -
