Seems coaches are way more important in College than in Pro's. Great Pro Coaches seem to get tied to great talent. Great College Coaches win with a bunch of different guys.

Parity in pro sports vs college is like apples and oranges. Not really fair to judge coaches from both because of the recruiting advantage you get in college.

College teams have a much better chance to dominate if they become the popular landing spot for top recruits.
