Ya, I've learned a few things in my time here. The psychology of posting. If you capitalize certain words in titles and posts, they seem to get more replies than if no words are capitalized. If you plan on a starting a big thread, like the Super Bowl in game thread, hall of fame thread, make sure to include the word OFFICAL in all caps with 3 asterisks on each side.
