...I risked $140 to win $620. Is there any way to effectively buy out of this bet? My book will not cancel it ...

Put 200 on draw and 300 on the favorite...it will give you a loss on all 3 sides of 40 (favorite), 15 (draw) and 45 (dog)

Look, you pray the guests to score first which is possible in a cup match like this and then you go hedge/dutch your bet by betting on 1X double chance. You will be even on profit no matter the outcome. Of course you need 1 goal first from the guests
