ISU basically goes 7 deep. That's it. Kane does it all; the offense flows through him. Scores, rebounds, everything. It's not like they're missing a big man. Yet if he doesn't play, you think ISU could win by double digits? Come on.

LOL I've watched every Kansas game this year and I subscribe to KenPom and NOTHING points to Ellis being their most important player.

The perception of Baylor isn't the same as the perception of Kansas. You know that. Combined with Kane's injury, Kansas' recent Big 12 track record and success vs. ISU, and yeah, I think at -2 (current line) the books still like their chances.

I see that it says the opening line was ISU plus 1, but I wrote down the lines that The Greek had posted at 6am and ISU was listed at -5. They are currently at -2 at the same.

If ISU eliminates giving up so many turnovers and offensive boards, IMO they could be the best team in the nation.

ISU has been putting together extremely athletically gifted teams in the past few years, but they haven't been able to push into that top 5 level yet.

Eliminating giving up so many offensive boards and turnovers, they'll increase their PPG, as well as offensive efficiency, the only thing which is hurting them this season IMO.

Their defense actually isn't nearly as bad as some people are led to believe, it's the offensive boards and turnovers which inflate their opponents PPG.

If this team gets it together, watch out, because they're hands down the most athletically gifted team in the nation.

I can't believe he's playing tonight. This kid is going to be pumped full of drugs but how effective will he really be? Along with the fact, Kansas PG Wayne Selden is finally figuring things out. Kansas has also been knocking down their 3's as of late. The run and gun game plan of Iowa State will falter against this current Kansas squad. I'm shocked Iowa State has turned into a 2 point favorite.
