I give slight edge to Seattle and think -3 is a fair number. To say they roll SF is way off IMO. Panthers boasted rank 2 defense and gave up ~12-13 points per game at home with a 12-4 record (and 11-1 to finish regular season). Then they got spanked today 23-10. I'm also more impressed with Cam than Wilson, though I'll give the Seattle running game big edge when compared to Carolina.

49ers playing with a chip on their shoulder beating the Packers in GB with -20-like temp then fly out to Carolina and manhandled the Panthers. Seattle is looking cloudy but rain-free as of now. Should be a good game, no spankings expected by either side. The winner here will be Super Bowl Champs.

Seattle has the edge at running back Lynch is probably the best around, Seattle's defense is great but so is the niners defense. Seattle defense best in the league but niners are a close #2. The only big if is whether they can keep Lynch from running wild.

The big deciding edge Kaep, Crab, Boldin & Davis are far superior in the skill posutions to Wilson, Tate, Baldwin & Miller.
