In Week 17, there was basically a monsoon at Gillette. Never saw the turf soaked that much before, yet Pats had 267 yards on the ground, Blount accounting for 189. Weather conditions FAVOR the Pats here.

It just baffles me the things people say to justify their picks on this board. I can understand taking Indy plus the points. I really can. NOTE: I think NE wins but I don't consider Indy stright up all that bad of a play. I just think it's idiotic that people think bad weather will benefit the dome team. Anyone who thinks the Patriots can't run in the rain obviously doesn't follow football.
