Wiggins will sign in Toronto on his own...if the NBA allows it...the best draft picks are no longer in the top 3 or 4....the real gems are in the high tens now....look at this years draft..Bennett is a joke..Carter Williams was the 11th pick...kid is a stud...Hardaway jr was the 24th pick and is developing well...and has surpassed Jr Smith...Raps don't need Wiggins right now...or Parker...these players will need at least 2 years to develop...

When the Raptors drafted Valanciunas, the first thing I thought was, oh no, here we go again drafting another white boy bust.

I couldn't be more wrong. The guy is a great team mate, unselfish, and is an absolute beast. He's getting considerably better in his second season, and reminds me of a Kevin Love. Hopefully, he can come somewhat close to the player Love is.
