Anyone else order Pizza Hut or Papa Johns gift card from the SBR Store and had probs?

So I ordered PaPa Johns and a Pizza Hut gift card from the SBR Store.

I received an email from SBR with a code starting with CNZ

But when I try to use that code at checkout it says it's invalid.

Anyone else order the gift cards from SBR and has had problems?
