A coordinator is only as good as his talent. Michigan should be able to score on anybody, anytime, anyplace, and that just was not the case this year.

You'd think so. Michigan has talent but no system in place to harness it. Borges was thrown into an odd situation with Shoeless and RR players and I thought he did well considering. He took them to a BCS bowl and won. This year though, it is all Hoke's recruits many of them being 4 and 5 stars which I know means nothing but so many plays he ran you are left wondering wtf. Michigan needs a shake up and Al is the weakest link. The defense played well but offensively they were horrible.

More than once solid source has confirmed Nussmeier. Top 5 paid OC in the nation I suppose. I am sure it has a lot of do with not getting a head coaching gig. May have pissed Saban off. Who knows.
