Marvin was brought back on a two yr deal this off-season so I guess maybe they'll let him ride another yr. Both jay gruden and mike Zimmer are hot commodities for teams looking for a coach so well see what happens there. Got love for marv but he just cant perform in post season. I assume hell eventually get a d coordinator job, let's not forget his dominant defences he's coached up in the past.

As for dalton he clearly doesn't have it. They've built the team around him and added plenty weapons on both sides of the ball. That d is the only reason SD didnt drop a 40 burger on them. No excuses for Andy, that teams equipped to win NOW and he single handedly blew it for them.
