Quick Question about Legality of a Bet

2-item parlay, 1 spot open

Bet 1: Saints +127

It's now giving me the option to LIVE-BET the Saints/Eagles game on 5 dimes. At anytime, 5Dimes is letting me add ML Saints to open parlay if I want (for Bet 2)

Just seems illegal. Any insights?

of course its not legal 5dimes will void the wager with the higher odds and it will be graded as a straight wager.
