I'll typically deposit 200 and if I like a football or mma match I'll lay it all. If I lose I deposit and try again. Once my bankroll is healthy I scale back and start doing 50-100 bets. Once I hit around 1,000 I am regularly betting 10% of my bankroll on football and mma and 3-5% bets on other sports.

Once im up to 3-5k I start doing stupid shit like betting huge money lines and eventually am depositing again. I'm an idiot and I never withdraw. The more cash I have the bigger I bet. My friends always say I'm either going to bust out or never have to work again. I've taken money out once about 5 years ago from bovada when I was up 8k, got two 3k checks. About 2 years ago I turned 50 into 10 grand on bovada and lost it all in a week. These experiences have helped me to show more self control these days.
